  • No problem. We provide a quick rider orientation to make sure you’re comfortable before you head out. If you can ride a bike you can ride a scooter. We also are located near a side street to do some practice runs before you head out.

  • Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.
This gives us time to get you checked in, fitted with a helmet, and comfortable before your rental time starts.

    • Review your rental agreement and check-in

    • Fit you with a DOT-approved helmet

    • Give you a quick scooter orientation (controls, braking, tips)

    • Share local route suggestions if you’d like

  • Scooters are great for Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods area, Scenic streets and local neighborhoods around our location. We’ll point you to routes that match your rental time and we have phone mounts on scooters so you can navigate.

  • Riders must be at least 23yrs old and have a valid motorcycle endorsement. You should be comfortable riding on pavement and basic gravel/dirt roads if you plan on hitting the BDR or other ADV routes.

If you’re unsure whether an ADV bike is right for you, we’re happy to talk it through before booking. Also can help with the right explorer bike for your planned trip. Or if you just plan on cruising around and using as your daily ride.

  • Motorcycle rentals have a 24-hour minimum. Rentals are available by the day and can be booked for up to two weeks.

If you’re looking for a longer rental period, please reach out — we’re happy to see what we can do to accommodate extended trips when availability allows.

  • Peer-to-peer rentals vary wildly in bike condition, setup, and support. With us:

    • Bikes are professionally serviced on a schedule

    • You get a proper orientation, not a handoff in a parking lot

    • Clear rules, clear coverage, no surprises

Consistency matters when you’re riding in the mountains.

  • Yes — within reason. Our bikes are meant for scenic highways, canyon roads, narrow dirt tracks, maintained gravel and forest roads. We’re ADV-friendly, but not abuse-friendly. You get the freedom to explore without worrying about vague restrictions. Great for a few days or if you want to hit one of the many BDR routes that are close to our location.

  • Pickup

Standard pickup is during our regular business hours. When you arrive, we’ll:

    • Verify your license and endorsement (if required)

    • Review the rental details

    • Walk you through the bike and controls

    • Answer any last-minute questions

If you need early or after-hours pickup, please reach out in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

    Drop-Off

Motorcycles are typically returned during business hours. If your ride ends after hours, we offer a secure key drop box for added flexibility.

    We’ll provide clear instructions for:

    • Where to park the bike

    • How to secure it

    • How to return the key safely

    Need something outside the norm?

Trip running long? Coming back early? Delayed return?
Just communicate with us. We’re flexible when possible and appreciate the heads-up.

  • Some are and some aren’t. We’re upfront about that. If a bike isn’t the right match for your experience or comfort level, we’ll say so and help you pick something that makes more sense. The goal isn’t to put you on the biggest bike (bigger isn’t always better) — it’s to make sure you have a fun ride and enjoy the magic of Colorado.

  • Yes — all motorcycle rentals include unlimited miles, so you’re free to enjoy the ride without watching the odometer.

You’re also welcome to travel out of state during your rental. We just ask that you let us know your general plans in advance so we can make sure everything is covered and help with any route considerations.

All riding must comply with our rental agreement and approved use guidelines.
